The only way Pikachu would do that legitimately is if:
1. Meta Knight had made him absolutely sick with anger (don't make electric, fire, or ice types mad. Trust me.)
2. He was controlled by some evil force and forced to do so (such as team plasma or such)
3. He had truly evil intentions or intentions to do so.
